Butterboy is a small baking business by an architect and a doctor who in their pursuit of good food cooking for themselves on date nights ended up making croissants. This experiment in viennoiserie eventually became an obsession. Charot!

Today, we commit ourselves to making good croissants at an affordable price, and celebrating this bread-and-butter pastry through different flavors!
