How do I place my order?

Please view our menu and place your orders through this website. Pre-orders are baked and dispatched on your selected date to ensure the pastries arrive fresh on your doorstep.Available delivery and pickup dates will be shown before check out. Blocked-off dates mean they are fully booked and we cannot accept additional orders as we have already reached maximum production capacity.Cut-off for next day orders is 4:00PM or until slots are full.

How many pastries can fit in your box?

Our standard boxes could fit 4 or 6 pieces of any variant. Orders in smaller quantities will be packed in plastic pouches or unbranded boxes.

Can I request how my pastries will be sorted and packed?

Accepted Answer

Please feel free to make your own assortments by selecting the pastries you’d like to have in your box.Placing separate orders with different recipients is recommended to avoid sorting confusion.Packing requests will be noted but not guaranteed due to our tight packing schedule. However, our team will still try to accommodate them when sent to us at least 24 hours prior to delivery/pickup.

Do you do same day orders for pre-orders?

Orders paid directly through the website are confirmed via automated email. Please help us look for the confirmation email by checking your spam/promotions folder.

Why can't I choose my selected order date?

Blocked-off dates mean they are fully booked and we cannot accept additional orders as we have already reached maximum production capacity.

What to do, I never got my order confirmation?

Order confirmation is automatically sent via email with a specific order number. You should wait for a few minutes for the email to appear.If it's not in the email, you may check your "spam" folder. If there is still an issue, you may contact us to assist you.

Shipping rates for in-house delivery are automatically calculated upon checkout based on the address and order volume. Orders with more than 6 boxes (approx. >36 pcs. of any pastry) will automatically be calculated for car delivery.We deliver to Metro Manila and Greater Manila areas like Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, and Rizal only.NOTE: Kindly check our shipping policy here.

What vehicle type should I book for self pickup option?

For orders less than 6 boxes, a motorcycle courier with an insulated bag is required.For orders more than 6 boxes (approximately > 36 pcs. of any pastry), it is recommended to select a car or sedan to accommodate the large volume.

Our pastries last up to two days at room temperature and up to four days when stored in the fridge. Enjoy them fresh by reheating them in an oven! Reheating instructions are included in our boxes.

Our pastries last up to one to two days at room temperature depending on the pastry type. To extend shelf life, pastries may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheating instructions are included the side of our boxes.

What is the shelf life of your canele? How to reheat the caneles?

Accepted Answer

Our caneles last up to 1 day at room temperature and up to 4 days when stored in the refrigerator.You can reheat the caneles in an oven at 170C for 5-7 minutes 170C then let it cool for 2 minutes to let shell recrystallize.NOTE: Please avoid microwaving, as it may make them tough and dry.

Although we highly discourage such requests, we can only accommodate when they are made two days before the scheduled delivery.Please DOUBLE CHECK your selected date on the calendar before proceeding to check out.

This happens when your browser fails to load our cart calendar. Please make sure to select a date before pressing check out.If this happens, your order will automatically be scheduled on the earliest available date.
