Thank you for shopping with us at Butterboy Bakehouse! Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to ensure a pleasant ordering experience.
I. Shipping Method
We provide in-house booking service through a third-party courier service. Please note that these couriers do not represent our brand, Butterboy Bakehouse. Butterboy Bakehouse will not be responsible for orders that arrive later than expected.
If timely delivery is crucial for you, we recommend opting for self-pickup to avoid any inconvenience. Pickup will be at our Sampaloc, Manila commissary
II. Delivery and Pickup Dates
Pre-orders will be delivered based on the selected calendar date during checkout. Blocked-off dates mean they are fully booked and we cannot accept additional orders as we have already reached maximum production capacity.
Pre-orders are baked and dispatched on your selected date to ensure the pastries arrive fresh on your doorstep.
III. Order Sorting
For orders with different recipients, we highly recommend placing each order per recipient to ensure your desired assortment.
Butterboy does not guarantee that a packing request made for one (1) order will be followed.
IV. In-house Delivery
Standard dispatch time of all orders is 10AM-12NN. Our team will be doing their best to dispatch your orders on time.
However, please keep in mind that unpredictable traffic conditions and possible unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Additionally, the estimated arrival time may also depend on the drop-off distance from our store and the current booking conditions.
If timely delivery is crucial for you, we recommend opting for self-pickup to avoid any inconvenience.
IV-A. Serviceable Areas
Our in-house delivery service currently operates within a certain radius from our commissary. Please check if your location falls within our service range during checkout. We deliver to the following locations:
- Whole Metro Manila
- Rizal (Antipolo, Rodriguez, San Mateo, Cainta, Taytay, and Angono only)
- Cavite (Bacoor, Kawit, Cavite City, Noveleta, Rosario, Imus, Dasmariñas ,GMA only)
- Laguna (San Pedro, Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, Calamba, and Los Baños only)

Bulacan (Meycauayan, Obando, Marilao, Malolos, and San Jose del Monte only)
IV-B. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated upon checkout based on the address and order volume. Orders with more than six (6) boxes (approximately >36 pcs. of any pastry or more than PHP 2500.00 on the total bill) will automatically be calculated for car delivery.
To ensure accurate shipping rates, kindly provide a complete and valid drop-off address, including the ZIP code. If any miscalculations occur after the order has been submitted, our team will promptly contact you via SMS or email to address necessary adjustments.
If the provided drop off address is outside of serviceable areas, you will be immediately notified for further steps.
NOTE: Butterboy will not be responsible for any additional waiting charges billed by the rider due to the receiver's delayed appearance upon arrival of their order.
V. Self-booking/Pickup
For self-pickup orders, please note the following:
Standard Dispatch Time: 10 AM - 12 NN (Tuesday to Sunday)
Pickup Hours:
10 AM - 5 PM ONLY (Tuesday to Saturday) and 10 AM - 4 PM ONLY (Sunday)
Once your order is ready, we will send you an SMS advisory with detailed pickup instructions. Important: Please do not book a courier until you receive an SMS from us. Make sure to double-check the mobile number you provided with your order to avoid any issues.
If you need to check courier rates, our pickup location is 1450-B Prudencio St., Sampaloc, Manila
V-A. Vehicle Type
For optimal delivery efficiency, please note the following guidelines:
- Orders less than six (6) boxes, a motorcycle courier with an insulated bag is required.
- Orders more than six (6) boxes (approximately > 36 pcs. of any pastry), it is recommended to select a car or sedan delivery to accommodate the large volume.
VI. Disclaimer and other notes
We value the safety of our pastries as much as we’ve put our time and effort into preparing them. Please be informed that Butterboy implements a strict protocol of relaying handling instructions to all riders who will be booked to deliver your order.
Any damage or delay will be out of our control but you may send us a report to inform the rider of the incident. Butterboy may also assist in filing reports to the authorities in case of untoward incidents from third-party riders.
