Wholesale FAQs

1. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
        Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for selected products. Please note that we have an onboarding process in place for wholesale orders to ensure efficient order management and maintain quality standards for our products.



2. How do I place a wholesale order?
        To start the wholesale onboarding process, please email us at butterboyph@gmail.com with the Subject: WHOLESALE_(Company Name), including the required onboarding requirements. Ordering can only be placed once onboarding requirements are approved.


3. Is your wholesale partner program open to all businesses?
         Yes, our wholesale partner program is specifically designed for partner cafes and other businesses requiring continuous business supply. To proceed, please provide the following:

                a. Customer Information Sheet
                b. DTI Certificate (for Sole Proprietors) / SEC Certificate (for Companies)
                c. Latest Mayor’s Permit (2023/2024)
                d. BIR 2303

Once we verify these documents, we will send you the ordering link.


4. What products do you offer for wholesale orders? What is the minimum order quantity?

5. May I know the shelf-life for your wholesale products?
         Please click on the link for wholesale product shelf-life and for product handling.


6. What is the lead time for wholesale orders?
         Our standard lead time for wholesale orders is two (2) days. Orders are scheduled on our regular bake days (i.e. Tuesday to Sunday).


7. Can I request customization or special orders for wholesale pastries?
        Customization requests will be considered based on feasibility. Please send us an email or contact us to discuss your needs.


8. Do you provide a sample of your products for taste testing?
        We do not provide samples for wholesale products. To try our items, you may purchase our wholesale products by their wholesale prices or you may explore small quantity options on our retail website.


9. Are there specific delivery terms for wholesale orders?
        Butterboy does not offer delivery for wholesale orders. Own pick-up must be arranged from our commissary in Quezon City.


10. What is the standard dispatch time for wholesale orders?
         Standard dispatch time is from 10:00AM - 12:00PM. Orders may be prepared earlier, depending on total production volume for the specific date. Orders can be picked until 6:00PM (Tuesday-Saturday) and until 4:00PM (Sunday).

         Pick-up notification will be sent via SMS.


11. What are your payment methods?
         We accept bank deposits to our BPI Savings Account and through GCash. A VAT-Registered invoice will be issued per order. 


12. I’m not a business owner but can I still purchase at wholesale price if my order reaches the minimum order quantity?
         If your order meets the minimum quantity required for wholesale pricing, you may be eligible to purchase at a wholesale price. Kindly send us an email with the Subject: BULK ORDER_(Purpose-Name) to discuss this further.

For one time orders, you can place your orders through our pre-order website. Prices are lower from in-store purchases and a discount is given if you choose to get a box of 6 of the same pastry.
