1. Where are you located?

We are located in Sampaloc, Manila near UST and Dangwa.

2. How do I place my order?

You may view our menu and place your orders through this website, butterboyph.com! For any assistance, you may send us a message on Facebook or Instagram.

 3. What are your payment methods?

You may pay through Paypal or Bank deposit (BPI Online Transfer and GCash). No cash- on-delivery for now! Payment details are shown upon check out.

 4. Same day delivery?

We are on a pre-order basis for now, but keep watching our Instagram stories for limited same day drops!

 5. What are your delivery methods?

Upon check out, you will be asked to choose between "Ship" for in-house delivery or "Pick up" if you opt to book your own on-demand courier. Shipping rates for in-house delivery are shown upon check-out.

 6. Can I personally pick up my order from your kitchen?

Yes! Just choose Pick up option upon check out.

 7. What if I need to edit or add something to my order?

We can only accommodate order edits and requests when they're made at least 24 hours prior to the order’s delivery date. Send them only to our Facebook or Instagram direct message along with your four-digit order number.

 8. Can I still cancel my order?

Although we highly discourage placing cancellations, we will only accept cancel requests if they’re made two days before the scheduled delivery. Send your requests to our Facebook or Instagram direct message.

 9. I paid via PayPal and didn't get any confirmation text. Would my order be confirmed?

Orders paid via PayPal are automatically confirmed for your chosen delivery date. Confirmation texts are sent only to those who paid via Bank transfer.
