What are your products?
We offer quality croissants at good prices so people can enjoy it more often! Each order is baked the same day so you can ensure freshness in each box.

All items found in this website are available for preordering.

Where are you located?
We are located at 81 Basa Street, Brgy. Paltok, Quezon City. A few minutes away from West Avenue.

How many pastries can fit in your box?
Our standard boxes could fit 4 or 6 pieces of any variant. Orders in smaller quantities will be packed in plastic pouches or unbranded boxes.

I paid through the website and didn't get any confirmation email. Would my order be confirmed?
Orders paid via directly through the website are confirmed via automated email. Please help us to look for the confirmation email by checking your spam/promotions folder.


II. Pre-ordering

How do I place my order?
Please view our menu and place your orders through this website, butterboyph.com. Available delivery and pick up dates will be shown before check out. Cut-off for next day orders is 4:00PM or until slots are full.

What are your payment methods?
Debit/Credit Card, E-Wallet, and Direct Bank Transfer (BPI). No cash-on-delivery for now! Payment details are shown upon check out.

Can I personally pick up my order from your store?
Yes! For this option, select self-booking or personal pick up upon check out.

Pick up time
Tuesday to Saturdays, 10:00AM to 6:00PM
Sundays, 10:00AM to 4:00PM

Pick up location
Butterboy, 81 Basa Street, Paltok, Quezon City

Can I still edit my order or delivery information?
We can only accommodate order edits and requests when they're made at least 24 hours prior to the order’s delivery date. Send them only to our Facebook or Instagram direct message along with your order number.

Can I request on how my pastries will be sorted?
Packing request will be noted but not guaranteed due to our tight packing schedule. However, our team will still try to accommodate them when sent to us at least 24 hours prior to delivery/pick up.

For boxes with different recipients and assortments, please place them in separate orders to ensure your desired box assortment and select self-booking/pick up as your shipping method.

Can I still cancel or reschedule my order?
Although we highly discourage such requests, we can only accommodate when they’re made two days before the scheduled delivery. Please double check your selected date on the calendar before proceeding to check out.

I was not able to pick a delivery/pick up date before check out.
This happens when your browser fails to load our cart calendar. Please make sure to select a date before pressing check out. If this happens, your order will automatically be scheduled on the earliest available date.


III. Delivery

How much is your delivery charge?
Shipping rates for in-house delivery are calculated upon check-out. We deliver to Metro Manila and Greater Manila areas like Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan and Rizal only.

What time will my order arrive?
Standard dispatch time from our store is 10:00AM-12:00NN. The arrival time will depend on the distance of drop-off from our store and current courier booking conditions.

Please note that all orders are dispatched as soon as they're ready. Please see our shipping policy here.

NOTE: We recommend choosing SELF-BOOKING/PICK UP method if you wish to have your orders at a specific time.


IV. Same day orders

Do you do same day orders for delivery or pick up?
No walk-ins/same day delivery during weekdays. Preorders are scheduled based on your selected date upon website check out. In case we have excess pastries, we post them on our Facebook and Instagram stories at around noon.

Store walk-ins are available on our locations in:
- SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City: Open daily, check mall hours
- The Block - SM North Edsa, Quezon City (Opening on May 2024)
- 81 Basa, Quezon City (Butterboy QC): Saturday (8AM-5PM) and Sunday (8AM-12NN)


V. Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale for your products?
Yes! If you are interested in our wholesale partner program, please email us at butterboyph@gmail.com with the subject WHOLESALE_(Company Name) for onboarding details.

Ordering will only be possible once onboarding requirements are approved.


VI. Drag Events

Every when is your Drag Brunch and MerienDrag held?
These are typically held every Saturdays. Reservations are through the Events tab when shows are announced on our social media pages.

How much are the tickets?
Ticket price varies depending on the program but ranges from Php 1,200-1,800 per person.

What are the inclusions?
Each ticket holder is entitled to a meal, dessert, and drink of their choice. Menu varies per show.
