Holiday Bundles

 

 

Order mechanics:

1. Click here to go to our Holiday Bundle order form and provide necessary details to complete your order.

2. Minimum order quantity is 8 for boxes of 3s and 4 for boxes of 6s.

3. Standard lead time is 3 days within regular bake days (Tuesday-Saturday). This may change according to demand.

4. Orders that are Php 10,000 and above are eligible for a 5% discount. Must enter code: BBHOLIDAY. No code, no discount.

5. Wait for a confirmation email and send your proof of payment by replying to the email message, or you may send them through our Facebook and Instagram.

6. Payments must be settled immediately. Payment reminders will be sent through email and SMS.

Shipping policy:

I. Dispatch/Pick up time

Standard dispatch time for Holiday Bundles is 9:00-10:00 AM on your selected date. For self-booking/store pick up, kindly wait for our SMS advisory before picking up your order.

II. Self-booking or Store pick up

Select this option if you prefer to book your own courier or personally pick up your order from our commissary in Quezon City. Pick up notifications are sent to the mobile numbers provided in your order so please double check your contact details to avoid inconveniences.

Do not book your pick up until you have received our SMS advisory containing complete pick up instructions.

Pick up is at 81 Basa St., Paltok, Quezon City.

NOTE: For multiple pick up bookings, kindly coordinate with us through our Facebook or Instagram all recipient names at least a day before your selected pick up date. 

III. In-house booking

Maximum of 5 boxes of 6s or 6 boxes of 3s for Motor delivery. Car pick up will be quoted for orders beyond these quantities.

Delivery fee will be coordinated via email and must be settled immediately.

For multiple addresses, please send us a message via Facebook or Instagram for us to quote your delivery fee by providing us all drop-off details.

 IV. Vehicle type

For orders with less than 5 boxes of 6s or 6 boxes of 3s, a motorcycle delivery with insulated bag is required.

For orders with more than 5 boxes of 6s or 6 boxes of 3s, car/sedan delivery should be selected.

V. Disclaimer and other notes

We value the safety of our pastries as much as we’ve put our time and efforts in preparing them. Please be informed that Butterboy implements a strict protocol of relaying handling instructions to all riders who will be booked to deliver your order.

Any damage or delay will be out of our control but you may send us a report to inform the rider of the incident. Butterboy may also assist in filing reports to the authority in case of untoward incidents from third-party riders.
