1. Where are you located?

We are located in 81 Basa Street, Brgy. Paltok, Quezon City. A few minutes away from West Avenue.

2. How do I place my order?

You may view our menu and place your orders through this website, butterboyph.com! For any assistance, you may send us a message on Facebook or Instagram.

3. What are your payment methods?

You may pay through Debit/Credit Card, GCash, and Direct Bank Transfer (BPI). No cash-on-delivery for now! Payment details are shown upon check out.

4. Same day delivery?

No walk-ins/same day delivery. Preorders are scheduled based on your selected delivery date upon check out. Limited same day boxes posted via Instagram stories are indefinite since these are only based on the extras we have for the day.

No delivery on Mondays and Sundays.

5. What are your delivery methods?

Upon check out, you will be asked to choose between in-house delivery or self-booking/pick up. Shipping rates for in-house delivery are calculated upon check-out. We deliver to Metro Manila and Greater Manila (nearby Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan and Rizal areas only). Standard dispatch time of all orders is 10:00-11:00AM. The arrival time may depend on the distance of drop-off from our store and current booking conditions.

6. Can I personally pick up my order from your kitchen?

Yes! For this option, select self-booking or personal pick up upon check out. Pick up is Tuesday to Saturdays, 10:00AM to 6:00PM only.

7. How many pastries can fit in your box?

Our standard box could fit 5 to 6 pieces of any variant.

8. Can I still edit my order or delivery information?

We can only accommodate order edits and requests when they're made at least 24 hours prior to the order’s delivery date. Send them only to our Facebook or Instagram direct message along with your order number.

9. Can I request on how my pastries will be sorted?

Packing request will be noted but not guaranteed due to our tight packing schedule however, our team will still try to accommodate them when sent to us at least 24 hours prior to delivery/pick up. For boxes with different recipients, we suggest placing them in separate orders to ensure your desired box assortment.

10. Can I still cancel or reschedule my order?

Although we highly discourage such requests, we can only accommodate when they’re made two days before the scheduled delivery. Please double check your selected date on the calendar before proceeding to check out.

11. I paid via Debit/Credit Card or GCash via Paymongo and didn't get any confirmation email. Would my order be confirmed?

Orders paid via directly through the website are confirmed via automated email. Please check your spam/promotions folder as these emails tend to be sorted there.

12. I was not able to pick a delivery/pick up date before check out.

This happens when your browser fails to load our cart calendar. Please make sure to select a date before pressing check out. If this happens, your order will automatically be scheduled on the earliest available date.
